Have you been wondering about an adventure? After all, it’s in human nature to travel, as a human we want to explore new places, ideas, adventures, etc.

Here is the story of a glamorous trip of me and my friends, when we were planning a trip to Naran with my friends.

Naran is a medium-sized town situated in upper Kaghan valley which is a part of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. It is one of the most beautiful parts of northern areas in Pakistan which is elevated 2500 meters above sea level.

I was really curious to experience such an amazing place although I have packed my belongings and was ready to jump on an adventure, we decided to go by road as it was more fun and adventurous. It took us straight 20 hours to reach Naran Kaghan valley, I know it’s a long-distance and we also got tired, but it was worth it, it was going to be quite a diverse experience through this trip we have met different people of different civilization, the scenery was quite amazing as we reached Kaghan valley, we were amazed by the nature for a moment I have just closed my eyes and took a deep breath.

After that, we booked the room and took some rest. The next day early in the morning it was drizzling and it was so cold we were just spectating beautiful mountains, lushly green environment it was a pleasing moment we were waiting for the drizzle to stop until then we have breakfast and then rains stopped and we have decided to move around and experience the place and interact with the residentials we were roaming around spectating amazing landscapes, mountains covered with snow it truly pleasing moment

we have tried some street food like jalebis (it’s a dessert fried in hot melted sugar) it’s good. Through all these scenarios we have interacted with the people. The inhabitant of Naran Valley is Gujars and I found them very generous and good-natured. They welcome the tourists very nicely and treat them like their own friend’s native language of the residents is Hindko and Gorji but each of them understands Urdu as it’s the national language of Pakistan.

We’ve decided to visit lake Saif ul Malook it is one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. It is also known as the lake of fairies. It is situated above 10,000 feet above sea level as lake Saif ul Malook is our priority to visit we have booked jeep the driver was young man, he was hospitable as he took us to the lake the road was a bit dangerous as on one side of the road there are mountains covered with snow it was like mountains were shivering so they had worn a white blanket and on the other side it was a breathtaking scenery, colorful jeeps were forming a lane and moving toward the lake as we reached there, we were astonished by the wonderful scenes the lake was like a bowl with boundaries of mountains with white blankets it was worth it that we came for. The site also had a boating facility that is also available for adventure enthusiasts. The experience may be full of excitement but one should be careful because the lake’s depth is still unknown, and there isn’t rescue equipment. So do boating at your own risk! Ponies and horses are also available if one doesn’t want to travel on foot. We stayed there for a couple of hours enjoyed the beauty of the place then we have to leave but we don’t want to, as we were on our way downwards, we have decided on late night activity, as we reached our hotel we have to make some arrangements for a bonfire and have decided a campsite for our activity it was all arranged now it’s time to began with it’s was cold a peaceful night sparking stars as it was like a bubble of a dream.

People of Naran had some customs and traditions as one of them is their cultural dance so also we had to dance with the native people on their beats it was fun a lot the music was quite impressive!

Then we were hungry we had to have some food, the most popular food is trout fish, Kebabs and Parathas we ate it was so great.

Now It’s time to return home.
